Martin Greider

Martin E. Greider, 86, of Decatur, died Saturday, October 25, 2014, at Symphony of Decatur. Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Martin was born October 17, 1928, the son of Martin E. and Mae (Meador) Greider. He was in the U.S. Marine Corp, and fought in the Korean war. Martin married Helen V. Oliver in California in 1954. She preceded him in death. He worked for Mississippi Valley as a welder, and he enjoyed riding horses. Martin is survived by his daugther, Judith Mast of Decatur, three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and two sisters. "
