Marilyn Jeanette McKeever, 90, of Decatur, IL, died 3:17 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2014, at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, January 13, 2014, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to service time. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, IL. Memorials may be made to Homeward Bound Pet Shelter. Marilyn was born December 30, 1923, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Ernest and Grace (Adams) Larson. She married James McKeever December 24, 1945, and he preceded her in death. Marilyn was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. She retired from K-Mart Corporation. Marilyn was a member of VFW #99 Auxiliary, VFW Cooties, K-Mart Retirees, and the Over 55 Church Group. She is survived by her son James John McKeever, Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Bill, and sister Shirley Reuss. "
