Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 17, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, with visitation 5-7 P.M. Tuesday, June 16, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.Memorials may be made to Decatur Memorial Hospital or the American Heart Association.Mrs. Gehrken was born July 5, 1914, in Oconee, Illinois, the daughter of Otis and Kathryn (Barding) Linn. She married Andrew Arthur Gehrken in Decatur on October 24, 1934. He preceded her in death in 1993. Mrs. Gehrken worked as a waitress and a janitor for Moose Lodge #684.She is survived by her son John (Carolyn) Gehrken of Decatur; daughter Andrea Tyler of Decatur; brother Clifford Linn of Des Moines, IA; six grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, two sisters, and one granddaughter.
