Marie Aldridge, 104 passed away at 2:28 AM Saturday June 22, 2013 in Fair Havens Christian Home. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, June 28, 2013 at Cerro Gordo Church of the Brethren with visitation from 9:00 am until service time at the church. Burial will be in Cerro Gordo Cemetery. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Homes, Cerro Gordo, IL, are assisting the family with the arrangements. Memorials: Cerro Gordo Church of the Brethren, Women's Fellowship. Marie was born the daughter of John A. and Hannah Shively Cripe on May 10, 1909 in Cerro Gordo, Illinois She married Charles Aldridge Marie was a member of Cerro Gordo Church of the Brethren and was a cashier at the grocery store in Cerro Gordo. Surviving son, Jerry Aldridge and wife Charlotte of Decatur, Illinois, grandchildren Doug Wainscott and wife Debbie, Mark Aldridge and wife Beth, Melanie Rogan and husband Chris, Mindy Nichols and husband Tony; great-grandchildren, Shannon, Alana, Amanda, Lindsay, Nicole, Paige, Morgan, Sydney, and Lauren. Preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Sharon Wainscott, one son Charles Aldridge, two brothers and three sisters. "
