Memorial services will be 6:00 P.M., Monday, June 7, 2010, at New Beginnings Church of God, Decatur, IL, with a memorial visitation at 5:30 P.M. until service time. Memorials may be made to New Beginnings Church of God. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, will be handling the arrangements.Liz was born March 13, 1920 in Anna, IL, the daughter of Thomas E. and Bessie (Simpson) Morrison. She married Robert Raskin, Sr. on July 12, 1941 in Bolingreen, MO. He preceded her in death.Liz was a member of New Beginnings Church of God.She is survived by her son Robert Raskin and wife Gay of Moweaqua, IL; daughter Kathy Raskin of Decatur, IL; grandsons Larry Goetz and Adam Goetz and wife Jenny.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and five sisters.The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Rademacher, the caring nursing staff at St. Marys Hospital and St. Johns Hospice Staff for their care and compassion.
