Margaret L. Dobrinsky, (83),formerly of Illiopolis, IL. died October 8, 2011, at Missouri Baptist Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri, after a brief illness. She was born, Margaret L. Brazier, on July 29, 1928, daughter of James L. and Helen (Kabel) Brazier in St. Jacob, Illinois. She attended the University of Illinois and graduated in 1950. She was a member of the 4-H House and a past president of her sorority and graduated with a degree in Spanish. Following her graduation she taught in Collinsville District School. She married in 1951, to John J. Dobrinsky, who preceded her in death in 2003. She spent her married life assisting Doc in their veterinary practice and raising her family in Illiopolis, IL. Margaret was an avid Fighting Illini and St. Louis Cardinal fan. She is survived by 2 sisters, Ann Hans of Edwardsville, Illinois, Rita Schertz, of Front Royal, Virginia, 2 brothers, Michael Brazier, Glenn Ellyn, Illinois, and Reid Brazier, Moro, Illinois; her children Mark, Morton, Illinois, Mike, Illiopolis, Illinois, Mary, St. Louis, Missouri, Jane, Decatur, Illinois, John, Oregon, Wisconsin; 7 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild. Funeral services will be held at Resurrection Parish - Illiopolis, IL. Visitation 2-4:30 pm, Tuesday, October 11, 2011,followed by Mass at 5:00 p.m. Food and fellowship will follow the services to celebrate Margaret's life. Private burial will follow at a later date. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral home are handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated for Resurrection Parish Landscaping and Parish Rectory fund and Missouri Baptist Palliative Care Unit in St. Louis, MO. "
