Marena Copeland

Marena K. Copeland, 62, of Forsyth, IL, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2019, at her residence. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 15, 2019, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cerro Gordo Cemetery, Cerro Gordo, IL. Marena was born September 26, 1956 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Joseph Thomas and Zola (Landgrebe) Copeland. Marena was a cook at Millikin University in Decatur for many years. She loved spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her mother Zola Copeland of Forsyth; sister Mary (Jerry) VanDolah of Decatur; 4 nephews, 2 nieces, 6 great nieces, 5 great nephews, and one great great niece. She was preceded in death by her father and brother Steven Copeland.
