Mara Koval

Visitation for friends and family will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Wednesday, September 1, 2010, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, with 7:00 pm Prayer Service conducted by Fr. Jeff Grant, of St. Patricks Catholic Church. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday at North Fork Cemetery.Memorials: Breast Cancer Foundation, c/o Decatur Memorial Foundation.Mara Lee was born June 6, 1943, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, the daughter of Harold and Betty Ruth Howie Branstrator. She had attended Indiana University, and while a student there was a member of Alpha Phi sorority. She later was a member of P.E.O. sisterhood, chapter BC.She married Charles J. Chuck Koval in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, on July 23, 1966. He survives.She is also survived by one son: Chris (Sheila) Koval, of New Lenox, Illinois; one daughter: Katherine Koval, of Singapore; grandchildren: ChipKoval , JohnathanJack Koval, and Bridget Koval, all of New Lenox, Illinois; one brother: Scott Branstrator, of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; one sister-in-law: Jane Young, of Iowa City, Iowa; and one brother-in-law: David Koval (Marijo), of Marco Island, Florida. "
