Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 29, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Forsyth, IL. Visitation will be 5-7 P.M. Saturday, May 28, at Brintlinger and Earl Cerro Gordo Funeral Home, Cerro Gordo, IL. Burial will be 9:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 1, at Graceland Cemetery, Decatur, IL.Memorials may be made to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.Lorna was born January 21, 1925, in St. Paul, IL, the daughter of Martin F. and Matilda (Henrichsmeyer) Zink. She married Leslie L. Rhoades on June 10, 1951 in Decatur, IL. He preceded her in death on February 24, 2001.Lorna worked for Decatur Memorial Hospital in the laundry department and later worked at Hi Flyer Kite Company, retiring after 28 years of service.Lorna was a long time member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Forsyth, IL. She enjoyed bowling and going to the monthly meetings with the ladies of The Club. Lorna also enjoyed being a farm wife and was an avid Cub fan.She is survived by her sister Meta Zink Horton of Decatur, IL, and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leslie, three brothers and one sister.
