Lorna F. Brunken, 89, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.

Lorna was born January 19, 1934, the daughter of Oral and Etta (Beck) Horsman. She married Harold “Bud” Brunken on December 26, 1952.

Lorna was a graduate of Assumption High School and retired from General Electric in Decatur. She loved flowers and helping her husband farm.

Lorna is survived by sisters: Betty Cothern of Broomfield, CO, Jo Ann Trusner, and Brenda (Bill) Peter, of Decatur, IL. Also many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.

Lorna was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother, and five sisters.

Lorna was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until Noon, with a funeral service at Noon on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur. Burial will follow at St. Paul United Church of Christ Cemetery, Dollville, IL. Memorials may be given to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Decatur, IL.
