Linda Jean Reece

Linda Jean Reece, 77, went home to be with Jesus on March 12, 2024.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Old Shiloh Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.

She was born on Oct 12, 1946, in Mt. Vernon, IL to William Eugene Reece and Dorothy Hicks.

She had a love for people, country music, church, scrapbooking, American presidents, and her family. She never met a stranger and always lit up a room.

Linda is survived by her faithful sister, Marsha Carter; as well as her nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and William Reece; as well as her brother-in-law, Steven Carter.
