Funeral services will be 4:00 P.M., Friday, May 8, 2009, at Parkway Church of the Nazarene, Decatur, IL, with visitation from 2 to 4 P.M., prior to service time, at the church. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, will be handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Parkway Church of the Nazarene, 2701 E. Faries Parkway, Decatur, IL 62526.Linda was born November 29, 1949, in Shelbyville, IL, the daughter of Charles P. and Mary A. (Wicker) Bullock. She was a member of Parkway Church of the Nazarene.Linda worked as an LPN for many years at Decatur Memorial Hospital and most recently found great joy in providing pedicure service to the elderly in assisted living centers and in private homes. Linda dearly loved spending time with her grandchildren, attending their activities and was their biggest cheerleader and fan. She enjoyed cooking for friends and family, baking wedding cakes and traveling.She is survived by her sons Todd Martin of Decatur, IL, Tracy (Joni) Martin of Harristown, IL; grandchildren Nathan, Madison & Braden, Lacy, Kindra, Glyd, Laney, Johnny Walker & Brianna; mother and stepfather Mary & Ralph Handley of Decatur, IL; brothers and sisters Allan (Mary) Bullock of Decatur, IL, Sherry (Timm) Oyer of Michigan, Phillip Bullock of Decatur, Tari (Tim) Stower of Decatur, IL; 14 nieces and nephews; several great nieces and great nephews; and Vickie Michael, her good Christian friend.She was preceded in death by her father Charles Bullock and grandparents.Condolences may be left to the family at www.brintlingerandearl.com.
