Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 13, at Graceland Cemetery, Decatur. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, will be handling the arrangements.Lillian was born November 9, 1923, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Charles A. and Mamie Lee (Boring) Matlock. She married Willis Pumphrey in September 1943. He preceded her in death in 1982.Surviving are her son Toby Pumphrey and wife Carolyn; daughter Sandra Richardson of Decatur; 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; and sister Virginia Bissonette of Alaska.Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister and one brother. "
