Memorial services will be 5:30 P.M. Wednesday, January 20, at St. Johns Lutheran Church, 2727 N. Union, Decatur. The family will greet family and friends following the memorial service at the church Fellowship Hall where refreshments will be served. Casual dress is acceptable. Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Springfield Animal Protective League, 1001 Taintor Rd., Springfield, IL, 62702.Laura was born May 16, 1977, in Decatur, the daughter of Debra J. (Booth) and Verl V. Row. She married Daniel F. Schultz in Decatur on September 27, 2003. Laura was employed at CEFCU for 12 years. She loved animals, especially dogs. Her passion was volunteering at the Animal Shelter in Springfield.Laura is survived by her husband Daniel F. Schultz, of Springfield; mother Debra J. Mills and husband Melvin of Decatur; father Verl V. Row and wife Jene of Decatur; brother Nicholas S. Row and wife Melanie of Navarre, FL; grandmother Mary E. Booth of Decatur; step-brother Phillip R. Mills and wife Julie of Independence, MO; best friend Rachel R. Rodriguez and husband Vince of Decatur; sister-in-law Sara M.
