Kent was born April 20, 1945 in Decatur, the son of Raymond and Lucie (Lorton) Bollheimer. He married Belinda Dale on November 15, 1968. Kent proudly served our country in the US Air Force. He worked as an electrician at Firestone and then Caterpillar, where he worked for 28 years until his retirement. Kent was proudly married to Bee, with whom he traveled the world and created a home he loved. He was dedicated to those he loved. Dad to Greg and affectionately known as Daddy Kent to the many others who knew him as a father and grandfather, Kent and Bee have a large circle of family and friends who will all miss him dearly. Kent was a generous man, a brilliant problem solver and would go to great lengths to help people in need.
