Judy Marie Jelks, 66, of Decatur, IL, passed away at 2:15 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2009.Memorial visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 18 at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur.Judy was born on March 28, 1942, in Decatur, the daughter of Roy K. Eckert and Irene Eckert of Decatur.Surviving family members are Rosemarie Robinson and son-in-law Darcey Robinson, Tami Jelks (Shaw) and husband Tony Shaw, Karoll Jelks, Corette Jelks and her son Russell Henderson, all from Decatur; grandchildren Kamelia Turner, Kathesia Graves, Ashley Henderson, Russell Jr. Henderson, Cerissa Sanders, Cameo McCrory, Devonta Shaw, Alexus Shaw, Ciara Jelks, Julianna Depriest, Sha Tavia, Shenquie Sharnae Desmond Pearson, darcey Robinson, Jr. great grandchildren Cheyenne Banks, Airona Owens, Natalie Renolds; Goddaughter ChQuitta She will be greatly missed by friends and family Mary Jelks, Harmon Jelks Jr., Rocky, Jermone, Todd, Elaine DeWalt, and many others.TributeTo Our Mother....The tears we shedAre tears of great sorrow.As we think of all the Good times in the past,It reminds us of how muchWe will miss you.Then we remember that God is aComforter.
