Joseph R. "Josh" Randol, 78, of Decatur, IL, died 1:47 p.m., Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, at Greenwood Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, is assisting the family with the arrangements. Memorials may be made to Macon County Honor Guard. Joseph was born June 10, 1936, in Peoria, IL, the son of Homer O. and Geraldine (Ruthrauff) Randol. He was an over the road truck driver, member of the American Legion, and served in the U.S. Marines. He is survived by his son Michael (Nancy) Robb of Decatur, IL; daughter Barbara Jo Randol; grandchildren Loren and Chase; sisters Donna (John) Kendall of Mt. Zion, IL, Dorothy (Jerry) Weaver of Decatur, IL, Sandra Hurtley of St. Marys, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother James, infant sister Mary Ellen and daughter Jolene Carpenter. "
