Johnny B. Ralph, 91, of Decatur, IL, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at his residence.Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 17, 2017, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Friends Creek Cemetery, Argenta, IL, with military rites conducted by the Macon County Honor Guard. Memorials may be made to DMH Hospice.Johnny was born July 2, 1925, in Granite City, IL, the son of John and Nellie (Justice) Ralph. He married Bonnie (Holmes) Marshall on March 24, 2007 in Charleston, IL.Johnny attended Central Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Navy Seabees during WWII. Johnny worked in construction in the Decatur area for years and later was owner/operator of a bait and tackle shop, called “The Wiggle Worm” in Grand Rivers, Kentucky. He loved the outdoors, especially yardwork, fishing and hunting.He is survived by his wife Bonnie Marshall Ralph; children Diana Colleen Younkers (Richard) of Petersburg, IL, Debra Kathleen Minor (Jim) of Lovington, IL, Daniel Allen Ralph of Decatur, Laura Eilleen Godfrey (Roy) of Decatur, Kenneth Edward Ralph of Decatur, Roseann Maureen Adams of Pana, IL, Christopher Douglas Ralph (Kelly) of Decatur; stepchildren John Lukenbill, Randy Lukenbill, Richard Marshall (Debra), Rhonda Marshall, all of Decatur; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents, son Johnny B. Ralph III, stepsons Rick Lukenbill, Larry Lukenbill, and two brothers and three sisters.The family would like to give a special thank you to granddaughters Brandy & Kim for the special care they provided to Johnny. "
