Joanne Sebok

JoAnne C. (Kethcart) Sebok, 77, of Decatur, IL, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2019, at Fair Havens Christian Village. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 6, 2019, at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Mt. Gilead Cemetery. The family requests casual attire. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Homes, Decatur, are assisting the family with the arrangements. JoAnne was born February 23, 1942, in Elgin, IL, daughter of Joseph and Emma (Schroeder) Kethcart. She married Jerry Sebok August 1, 1964, in Decatur. JoAnne was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. She previously worked at Security Savings & Loan and Decatur Fireman’s Credit Union. She was a Ham radio operator with the call sign N9ZMA. Surviving is her husband of 54 years, Jerry of Decatur; daughter: Susan R. Urquhart and husband Dale of Decatur; grandchildren: Sarah and Blake; and her beagle dog Buddy. JoAnne was preceded in death by her parents. "
