Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 30, at United Methodist Church of Cerro Gordo, with visitation 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, at the church. Burial will be in Cerro Gordo Cemetery. Funeral honors will be conducted by the Okaw Valley Fire Department Honor Guard. He was a formidable high school football player for the Cerro Gordo Broncos when they went to State Playoffs 1992-1994. He was employed by Micar. Jeremy was a member of the Cerro Gordo United Methodist Church and a volunteer for the Cerro Gordo Fire Department. He enjoyed bull riding and racing at Macon Speedway.Surviving are the loves of his life, daughters Cheyenne and Marissa of Cerro Gordo; parents Gina (Dave) Ritchie of Oakley, Mike (Nancy) Gentry of Georgia; sister Heather (Chris) Houser of Monticello; sister Amanda (Alan) Cortes; niece Ellie and nephew Colin Houser; niece Abrianna and nephew Tyler Cortes; grandparents Reid Gentry, and Dean and Doris Ritchie; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.Jeremy will be received in Heaven by his loving grandparents Leonard and Lorene Morr and Corrine Gentry.
