Jeffrey Bomball

Jeffrey Brian Bomball, 62, passed away on November 2, 2023 at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Jeff was born to Bryant and Martha (Artze) Bomball on May 26, 1961 in Decatur, IL.

In 1983, he graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Business. After two years working in business in Lombard, IL, Jeff returned to Decatur and was employed at ADM for 31 years. He ended his career as the IT Senior Director of Global Business Applications at ADM.

Jeff is survived by his father, Bryant Bomball of Decatur; uncles Ralph (Nora) Artze of Cyprus, TX and Mark (Carol) Bomball of Charleston, IL; and four cousins (Hope & Scott Artze and Eric & Walt Bomball).

Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Bomball, and one cousin, Craig Artze.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, Decatur, IL, with visitation from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, prior to service time at the church. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to Pilgrim Lutheran Church.
