Jean Harris

Jean Marie Harris, 79, of Decatur, passed away on September 29th, 2021 at Hickory Point Christian Village.A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is assisting the family. Jean was born on October 12th, 1941 the daughter of Charles and Agnes (Hustedde) Harris in St. Louis, Missouri. She worked for Ralston Purina for over 25 years before beginning her career at ADM as an accountant for over 20 years. She enjoyed shopping, and was known for helping others, as well as volunteering at her church. Jean is survived by her siblings: Joan (Ken) Torretta of Missouri, and Charlie C.(Kathleen) Harris III of Arizona; 10 nieces and nephews, several cousins, and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, and sister Jane Giardina.
