Janice Nanna

Janice Nanna, 76, of Decatur passed away on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013 at Decatur Memorial Hospital. There will be no services. Cremation rites will be accorded by the Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home; Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to the family. Janice was born on Nov. 07, 1937, the daughter of Shelby Theron Nanna and Rose Edna Pauline (Stotle) Nanna. Janice was a member of Glad Tidings Church, Decatur, IL. She worked for the State of Illinois, in Springfield for 34 years, retiring in 2000. She was a member of the A.F.S.C.M.E. Union serving as a Union Steward. Janice also worked at the Adolf Meyer Mental Health Center in Decatur for several years. Janice was a very artistic and crafty person. Janice is survived by one daughter; Kristina Lovio of Decatur, IL; 2 sisters, Pat Nanna and Linda Donaldson (husband, Les) all of Decatur, IL; four nieces, Amy Spears, Shari Weaber (husband, Wally), and Marilyn Benton all of Decatur, IL, and Ashley Donaldson of Niantic, IL. Janice is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews and best friend Mary Sims of Louisville, KY. "
