Janice D. Hart, 77, of Decatur, IL., passed away on January 6, 2024.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Point Pleasant Cemetery in Long Creek, IL.

Janice was born on June 24, 1946 to Virgil Lyle Hart and Loretta May (Tomey) Hart in Decatur, IL.

She is survived by her sister, Cheryl Ridlen; brother, Dale L. Hart; her nieces and nephews; Christopher R. Hart (Jennifer), Kimberly A. Reichert, Jason L. Ridlen (Kim), Amanda K. Ridlen-Brady (Edward), and David Howard; as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Janice had an artistic talent that showed through her coloring and crafting skills. Most of all, she cherished her time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Virgil H. Hart; and nephew, Jeremy L. Ridlen.
