Jane (Hedges) Hein, 74, passed away on August 15, 2024, at her home.

Jane was born in Crawfordsville, IN to John and Ann Hedges. Jane graduated from Brownsburg High School and Ball State University. Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Ann Hedges, husband, Gary Hein, step-daughter, Leslie Morris and grandson, PFC Geoffrey Morris.

Surviving family members include: Sisters: Kathy (Bruce) Holmes, and Jennifer (Michael) Hillock Step-children: Doug Hein (Leslie) and Gary Hein Grandchildren: Harrison Hein, Jennifer (Peter) Grotenhuis, Preston Hein, Lauren (Kyle) Mieszkowski, Loren (Jaelayne) Jacobs, Christopher Hein, Alexander Hein, Helden Hein, Veronica Hein, Valerie Hein and 13 Great Grandchildren Nieces & Nephews: Abby (Darren) Cardwell, Katie (Greg) Miller & Madison Miller, John (Jessie) Hillock & Carson Hillock, James Michael Hillock & Melissa Rella.

A private service will be held at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorials in Jane’s honor may be made to: Elevate Hospice 813 Westfield Rd. Noblesville, IN 46062 “In Memory of Jane Hein”
