James Howard

James (Jim) Wesley Howard, 60, of Decatur, IL, passed away August 21, 2020 in his home. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, with visitation 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL prior to graveside services. Jim was born June 21, 1960, in Decatur, IL. He is the son of Junior and Edna (Watts) Howard. He was an avid fisherman who enjoyed camping and his animals. Jim led a great life, nothing ever stopped him from doing the things he loved. He was a good friend to many. He leaves behind his 6 daughters Michelle Brackett (Bryan) of Argenta, Amber (Brad) Marquis of Decatur, Angela (Aaron) Rhode of Harristown, Jamie (Vince) Kiraly of Decatur, Debbie Howard of Decatur and Patricia Howard of Cerro Gordo; 15 grandchildren; sisters Laverna Armstong of Findlay, IL, Beverly (Robert) Foy of Texas, and Debbie Myers of Decatur; mother of his children Debbie Howard (Doug Loshe) of Decatur; and best friend Steve Klingler of Decatur. Preceding him in death are his parents, brother Edward, and sisters Diane and Sharon.
