Jack W. Warren, 62, of Illiopolis, IL, passed away 8:40 a.m., Monday, June 1, 2015, at his residence. Services will be at a later date. Cremation rites will be accorded. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, is handling the arrangements. Jack was born April 14, 1953 in Decatur, IL, the son of Dan and Lavelle (Eakle) Warren. He married Pamela Anderson in 1977 in Toledo, OH. Jack was a professional truck driver for Heartland Express. He is survived by his wife Pam of Illiopolis; children Joy (Adam) Warren of Springfield, IL, Doug Warren of Illiopolis, IL; grandchildren Joseph, Jackson, Jacob, and Wyatt; brother Jim (Kim) Warren of Sullivan, IL; sister Barb Mowry of Findlay, IL; brothers-in-law Bobby Anderson, Tommy Anderson, Joe (Lee) Anderson; sisters-in-law Darlene Lutman, Tina (Ted) Nitkiewicz, Patricia (Pat) Welch; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Ronnie; in-laws Harvey and Florence Anderson; sister-in-law Anita; brother-in-law Jeff Lutman; nephew Jeremy Nichols. "
