Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Thursday, January 8, 2009, at Cerro Gordo Church of the Brethren, Cerro Gordo, IL. Visitation will be 6 to 8 P.M., Wednesday, January 7, at Brintlinger & Earl Cerro Gordo Funeral Home, Cerro Gordo, IL. Burial will be in Cerro Gordo Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Cerro Gordo Church of the Brethren.Jack was born September 17, 1930, in Cerro Gordo, IL, the son of Harry Luther and Edith Irene (Ruthrauff) Larrick. He married Anna Rose Meyerholz on November 26, 1950 in Cerro Gordo, IL. Jack was affiliated with Cerro Gordo Church of the Brethren. He retired from Mississippi Valley Structural Steel and the Village of Cerro Gordo. Jack repaired bicycles and motorcycles and was an avid Cub and wrestling fan. He was a member of the A.I.W. Local Steelworkers.He is survived by his wife Anna Rose of Cerro Gordo; children Douglas D. Larrick and wife Susan, Tina A. Martina and husband Joe, Bradley D. Larrick and wife Kelley, all of Cerro Gordo; grandchildren Scott, Jill, Casey, Lucas, Troy, Brad A., Kraig, Kaleb, Kristie; 7 great grandchildren; sister Charlotte Capps of Cerro Gordo, IL.He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson Brance and three brothers.
