Jack Fowler

Jack William Fowler, Sr. 52, of Blue Mound, IL, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2008, at his residence.Memorial visitation will be from 4 - 8 p.m., Friday, April 4, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur.Jack was born on April 12, 1955, in Decatur, the son of Robert and Marylin (Tucker) Fowler.Jack previously worked as a manager at a service station.Surviving are his mother Marylin Wise of Blue Mound; sons Jack W. Fowler, Jr. and wife Stephanie; Jeramie Fowler; foster son Bill Alsup, Sr.; grandsons Jacob, Zane, and Kian; brother Keith Fowler, Sr. and wife Nettie, all of Decatur; sister Donna Fowler of Blue Mound; several nieces and nephews.Jack was preceded in death by his father and two brothers.
