Hope Shriver

Hope A. Shriver, 68, of Decatur, went home to Heaven on Friday, July 19, 2019, at Fair Havens Christian Village. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 27, at Friends Creek Cemetery, Argenta. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is assisting the family. Memorials may be made to Mound Chapel Church of God. Hope was born September 12, 1950, in Decatur, the daughter of Earl W. and Dorothy V. (Coleman) Chaney. She married Eddy L. Shriver June 6, 1971, in Decatur. He preceded her in death September 30, 1985. Hope is survived by her sister, Beth E. Chaney of Decatur; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Lana Bartley, brothers Forrest R. Chaney and Mark H. Chaney, and nephew Randy S. Chaney.
