Harry M. "Mike" Parton, 72, of Warrensburg, IL, passed away at 11:15 p.m. Thursday, September 17, 2015 in his home. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 21, at Pilgrim Lutheran Church. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday, September 20, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Decatur. Memorials may be made to: Pilgrim Lutheran Church or American Cancer Society. Mike was born November 3, 1942, in Decatur, IL, the son of Harry A. and Edna (Elliot) Parton. He married Gloria S. Dodd on June 23, 1979, in Decatur. Mike owned and operated Decatur Automatic Screw Machine Co. Surviving are his wife Gloria of Warrensburg, IL; children: Shane M. Parton of Panama City, FL, Thomas A. Parton and wife Sue of Normal, IL, Angela J.Ames and husband Kevin of Colorado Springs, CO, and Stephanie M. Hale and husband Warren of Warrensburg, IL; grandchildren: Zachary Parton, Joshua Parton, Jacob Osman and wife Allison, Meghan Osman, Ashley Canfield and husband Trevor, Carson Hale, Boston Hale, Stella and Cole Parton; sister: Linda L. Albert and husband George of Cerro Gordo, IL; and mother-in-law: Patricia Dodd of Warrensburg, IL. Mike was preceded in death by his parents. "
