Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, will be handling the arrangements.Harold was born February 5, 1932, in Decatur, IL, the son of William Harold and Irene (Garren) Karl. He married Mary Sheumaker in Decatur, IL.Harold was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving in Korea and also served in the National Guard.He is survived by his wife Mary of Decatur; sons Thomas Karl and wife Jan of Bloomington, IL, Michael Karl and wife Val of Farmington, NM; daughter Fausta Karl of LaCrosse, WI; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Bill Hall.
