Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 12, 2008 at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Thursday, December 11, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Decatur, with military rites by the Macon County Honor Guard.Memorials may be made to the family.Dick was born on April 4, 1940, in Decatur, the son of Guy Frederick Krohn and Margaret Rose Wiley Richards. He married Helen Sue Bailey in 1967, in Decatur.Dick served his country with the U.S. Navy. He was a maintenance supervisor for Wagner Casting, retiring in 2000.Surviving are his children Mark Krohn and Stephanie Krohn of Decatur; grandchildren Ashley Krohn and Dailey Krohn of Decatur; sons Jimmy Drone and his son Jay, Jeff Drone; stepson Joe Drone and his daughter Tara; brothers Jack Krohn and wife Dee of Marion, John Krohn and wife Mary of Bethany, George Krohn and wife Lynette of Mt. Zion; sister Leota Hurst and her husband Bill of Long Creek; and special friends Don and Judy Marsh of Mississippi.Dick was preceded in death by his parents. "
