Gregory Massey

Gregory Bence Massey, 55, of Sullivan, IL, went to be with the Lord on April 29, 2012. Memorial services will be held 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at Lovington Church of God, Lovington, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, will be handling the arrangements. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association. Greg was born on April 28, 1957 in Shelbyville, IL, the son of Betty Ruth (Reider) Massey and the late Benjamin Charles Massey. Greg served the city of Decatur as an EMT for Decatur Ambulance Service for many years. He was an avid Chicago Bears, St. Louis Cardinals, and Illini fan. He was a devoted father and is survived by three children Benjamin Lewis Massey (Emily and Baby Boy), Sarah Elizabeth Massey, and Whitney Brooke Massey and their mother, Mary Beth Massey. He is also survived by his mother Betty Ruth (Reider) Massey and sister Peggy Jean Righter. "
