Geneva E. (Malone) Fisher, 100, of Warrensburg, IL, died 5:55 A.M., Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at Vonderlieth Living Center in Mt. Pulaski, IL. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, February 2, 2013, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Friends Creek Cemetery, Argenta, IL. Geneva was born February 15, 1912, in Maroa, IL, the daughter of Elmer and Anna (Todd) Malone. She married Robert "Bud" Fisher in 1932. He preceded her in death in October, 1989. She is survived by her children Douglas Fisher of Warrensburg, IL, David (Sue) Fisher of Kingston, TN, Mary Ann (Lonnie) Reed of Pekin, IL, Galan (Sandy) Fisher of Decatur, IL, and Kevin (Jill & daughter Beth) Fisher of Warrensburg, IL; eight grandchildren, Stephen (Laura) Fisher, Tami (fiancé Shay Bruns) Rhodes, Angie (Brent) Johnston, Troy (Susie) Fisher, David Reed, Corey (fiancé Molly Desmond) Fisher, Kim and Jackie Fisher; seven great grandchildren, Kristopher and Nicholas Fisher, Savannah and Tyler Rhodes, Aspen and Hayden Bruns, and Holly Johnston. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Robert Malone; sisters Edith Bolen, Ernestine Crabtree, Aldene Dalton, and Vi Lienhart; daughters-in-law Joyce and Connie Fisher; and Grandson Todd Fisher. Geneva was a resident of Warrensburg for over 60 years and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Warrensburg.
