Gaylord Fouste

Gaylord E. Fouste, 91, of Decatur, IL passed away on Friday, August 15, 2014 at Fair Havens Christian Home in Decatur. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 10:00a at the Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home in Decatur will visitation on Monday, Aug. 18 from 6-8:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery in Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Gaylord was born on January 6, 1923 the son of Sylvester J. and Amanda W. (Fluga) Fouste. He married Essie A. Hamilton on June 2, 1946 and she has preceded him in death. Gaylord worked for and was retired from Caterpillar of Decatur. Surviving are son Allen (wife, Mary) Fouste of Franklin, IL, son Larry (wife, Hope) Fouste, of Decatur, IL, daughter Marla Kelly of Cerro Gordo, IL, and son Gayle Fouste of Decatur, IL. Also suriving are seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Gaylord was preceded in death by his parents, wife Essie, daughter Mary, and one sister, one brother and one grandchild. "
