Freddie Tuggle

Freddie June Tuggle, 87, of Sullivan, IL, passed away at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 7, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. Burial will be in Macville Cemetery, Atwood, IL. Memorials may be made to donor's choice of charities. Freddie was born January 14, 1927, in LaPlace, IL, the daughter of Fred and Florence ( Beebe) Warner. She married Everett Andrew Kercheval; he preceded her in death in 1982. She later married Joe Tuggle and he also preceded her in death. Freddie attended Salem Baptist Church in Decatur and she loved listening to church music. She collected dolls and especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Freddie is survived by her children: Donald Kercheval and wife Janette of Mahomet, IL, Kathy Kerchevel-Hutchison of Clovis, CA, Beverly Arnold and husband Denny of Mahomet, IL, Vickie Smiley of Hendburg, KY, and Scott Kercheval of Warrensburg, IL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Freddie was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Everett and Joe, brothers Donald Warner and Wilford Warner, and sister Mary Carrol. "
