Frances "Fritz" Lucille Moisson, 94, of Yuma, Arizona peacefully departed this life, Friday, March 26, 2010 at her daughter's home in Yuma, Arizona. Frances Moisson, a Macon County native was born on March 3, 1916 in Sullivan, Illinois the daughter of late Burley and Patty Fults. She was employed by the Brown Shoe Company in Sullivan, Illinois in 1932. She married "Frenchie"Jean Baptiste Moisson on July 24, 1948, a Chief Petty Officer who served in the Pacific in the Seabees. They moved to Decatur in 1953 in a house built by Jean on North Country Club Road. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to collect antiques, garden, sew, quilt, and bake for her friends and family. In the late 1960s she worked at Plamor Lanes in the nursery. She was a long time member of the Antioch Christian Church of Decatur, Illinois. Mrs. Moisson was preceded in death by her husband, Jean B. Moisson, her sisters, Bessie Spaugh, Bernice Snow and her brothers, Clyde, Ray, and Fred Fults. She is survived by her twin daughters, Arlene F. Kingery of Yuma, Arizona and Marlene J. Melvin of Littleton, North Carolina, two grandchildren, JB Kingery and Sarah B. Kingery and six great grandchildren.We would like to express our thanks to Hospice of Yuma for their support and assistance.Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL are handling the funeral arrangements.
