Faye Hodge

Faye (Peveler) Hodge, 66, of Dalton City, IL, died 6:36 p.m., Monday, October 21, 2013, at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, October 24, 2013, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation two hours prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, IL. Memorials may be made to Homeward Bound Animal Shelter. Faye was born May 28, 1947 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Buford and Katherine (Baxter) Peveler. She married Robert "Mike" Hodge on March 26, 1982 in Decatur, IL. Faye loved fishing, motorcycle riding, wrestling, and playing penny poker machines. She was a member of ABATE of IL. She is survived by her husband Robert "Mike" of Dalton City, IL; son Robert E. Lee, Jr of Decatur; daughters Stacey L. (Gabe) Smith of Dalton City, Tina D. McCoy of Des Moines, IA; son Chad M. (Aimee) Hodge of Decatur; daughter Brandi R. Hodge of Indianapolis, IN; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; sisters Mary L. Johnson, twin sister Kaye (Roger) Elliott, all of Decatur, and Renee (Greg) Hale of Maroa, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and three sisters. "
