Eva Jane Dickson, 64, of Decatur, gained her wings March 13th, 2023 at St Mary’s Hospital.
Eva was born March 28th, 1958 to Richard E. Huckaba Sr. and Sarah (Wood) Huckaba in Decatur. On December 16th, 2004 she married her soul mate, Terry Dean Dickson. She loved to shop, laugh, be with her grand babies, and watching TV with Terry.
She is survived by her husband Terry Dean Dickson; 2 brothers Rick (April) of Illiopolis, IL and Jim (Sandy) of Florida; 3 sons, Travis (Heather Murphy) Southerland of Blue Mound, IL, Justin (Samantha) Southerland of Blue Mound, IL. & Christopher (Heather) Southerland; 2 Step Children Dana (Michael) Ingraham of California & Michael Dickson is Decatur, IL.; 13 grandchildren Landan, Lukas, Lola, Austin (Kayley), Sarah, Tyler, Kolten, Hunter, Madison (Tyler), Ashley, Joshua, Isabella, Taylour (Michael); 1 great granddaughter Leilani; nieces & nephews Jayne, Casey, Zachery, Natashia, Christopher, Derek, & Brianna
Eva was preceded in death by Granddaughter Anna Rose Southerland, Grandson Bryce Southerland, brother Bill Huckaba and parent Richard E Huckaba Sr. and Sarah (Wood) Huckaba
She will have her Celebration of Life March 28th 2023 from 5pm-7pm at Britlinger & Earl Funeral Home
