Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at 2:30 PM Tuesday in Toulon Cemetery, Toulon, IL.Memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Sunday School.Etta was born November 1, 1921, in Toulon, IL, the daughter of Robert Allen and Katie Jane (Hyde) Crow. She married Leo Gerald Marshall on May 19, 1951 in Peoria, IL. He preceded her in death on June 4, 2006.Etta was a member of Grace United Methodist Church where she was active in the Church Womens Circle. She was a bookkeeper at Caterpillar, Inc. and a Homemaker. Etta was a member of Garden Club and Home Betterment Club in Decatur and active in the Hickory Point Home Extension.She is survived by her daughter Mary Gail McCandless and husband Bryan of Crystal Lake, IL; grandchildren Katie Stafford and husband Jason of Champaign, IL, Kristyn McCandless of Boston, MA; great grandchildren Kaitlyn Marie and Julia Leigh Stafford of Champaign, IL; sister Ruth Connor of Peoria, IL.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leo, sisters Sarah Bennett, Emily Hunt, Pauline Stoops, brothers John Allen Crow, Gilbert Crow, James Crow.
