Graveside funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, November 20, 2010, at Marrowbone Cemetery, Bethany, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL will be handling the arrangements.Memorials : Donors choice or Westminster Village/ Martin Healthcare Unit.Ethel was born October 6, 1906 in Bethany, IL, the daughter of James Arthur and Cora Orlean (Jackson) McCord. She married William Daniel W.D. Schad on May 4, 1956 in Peoria, IL. He preceded her in death on October 6, 1960.Ethel worked as an accountant for many years. She enjoyed playing piano and was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Bethany.Ethel is survived by her brother, Robert McCord of Decatur and several neices and nephews.She was also preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.
