Fouste, 86, of Decatur, IL, died 6:09 A.M., Monday, September 27, 2010, at St. Marys Hospital, Decatur, IL.Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M., Friday, October 1, 2010, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. Visitation will be 6 to 8 P.M., Thursday, September 30, 2010, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Decatur, IL.Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or Donors Choice.Essie was born December 31, 1923 in Deland, IL, the daughter of Elmer and Mary (OBrien) Hamilton. She married Gaylord Eugene Fouste on June 2, 1946 in Decatur, IL. Essie graduated from Decatur High School in 1940 and attended Browns Business College. She worked for National Biscuit and later for the State Unemployment Office as a Supervisor for 25 years before retiring. Essie loved to play cards.She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Gaylord of Decatur, IL; children Allen (Mary) of Franklin, IL, Larry (Hope) of Decatur, IL, Marla Kelly of Cerro Gordo, IL, Mary of Anna, IL, Gayle of Decatur, IL; 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; sister Kathleen E. Hamilton of Mt. Pulaski, IL.She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson Todd W. Kelly, son-in-law Bob Kelly, brother Cloyd E.
