Elizabeth Betty F. Richardson, 101, of Decatur, IL, died 12:45 P.M., Wednesday, April 20, 2011, at McKinley Court Care Center.Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, May 7, 2011, at First United Methodist Church, Decatur, IL. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Decatur, IL.Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, Decatur, IL.Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, will be handling the arrangements.Betty was born March 18, 1910, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of John R. and Sarah Elizabeth (Searcy) Dempster. She married William R. Crouch on March 9, 1929 in Decatur, IL and he preceded her in death on September 22, 1952. She later married Howard R. Richardson on January 12, 1957 in Decatur, IL and he preceded her in death on September 18, 1992. Betty was a member of First United Methodist Church for 91 years and formerly a member of Eastern Star #111. She worked for the County Clerk, running the Voters Registration Dept. and formerly worked at Block and Kuhl. She is survived by her son Stanley Crouch of Decatur, IL; stepsons Maurice E. Richardson and wife Irene of Decatur, IL, David E. Richardson and wife Elizabeth of Naples, Florida; granddaughters Diana Wilson and Susan Richardson; grandsons William and Kevin Crouch, David Richardson, Jr., Jeff Richardson; 12 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands William and Howard, grandson Brett Crouch, 6 sisters and 3 brothers.Condolences may be left to the family at www.brintlingerandearl.com "
