Edward L. "Bus" Henry, 90, of Decatur, IL, died 7:39 A.M., Sunday, April 22, 2012, at his residence. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Todd's Point Cemetery, Bethany, IL, with military rites conducted by the Macon County Honor Guard. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, will be handling the arrangements. Memorials may be made to Marines Toys for Tots. Bus was born November 29, 1921 in Atwood, IL, the son of Clarence and Lena (Randall) Henry. He married Maxine W. Perry (Fiocchi-Henry) on August 1, 1967 in Shawneetown, IL. She preceded him in death in August 1995. Bus was a highly skilled professional mechanic much of his life and spent time racing stock cars as a young man. Bus finished his career as the Service Manager at Decatur Lincoln Mercury. He was an excellent cabinet maker and loved to fish. Bus was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran, serving as a navigator in WWII and Korea. He was a member of DAV (Disabled American Vet), Eagles Club, VFW, Elks Club, and the American Legion, where he played Santa Claus for 37 years straight. Bus was always the guy people turned to for help. He is survived by stepdaughter Tanda Fiocchi and husband Dr. Jeffrey Azbill of Angleton, their son Trayten Azbill, stepson Rori J. Fiocchi and wife Petra Wagner Fiocchi of Sugar Land, Tx; son Michael Edward Henry of Jasper, WY; daughter Terri Lynn Wolff of Keokuk, IA together with 7 grand children and 9 great grand children. Bus was preceded in death by his parents, wife Maxine, stepson Rocklyn Douglas Fiocchi, and sister Norma Pulley. "
