Liturgy services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 5, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, IL.Memorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church or to Holy Family School.Doris was born on November 13, 1924, in Decatur, the daughter of Earl Stanley and Gladys Pearl (Jester) Mathias. She married Gordon Dean Niemann on September 3, 1955, in Decatur.Doris retired in 1980, after working at A.W. Cash Valve for 30 years. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Doris was a great cook and enjoyed bowling.Surviving are her husband Gordon; daughter Joni Elaine Walmsley and husband Gary of Decatur; grandchildren Stefanie Walmsley of Decatur and Michael Walmsley, serving with the U.S. Marine Corps, stationed in Okinawa.Doris was preceded in death by her parents, son David M. Hartline, sister Rosalyn Upton, and brother Stanley Earl Mathias. "
