Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday (04-21-2010) at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday (04-20-2010) from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Friends Creek Cemetery, Argenta, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Memorials may be made to: Central United Methodist Church or Fair Havens Christian Home.Doris was born on June 30, 1927 in Decatur, IL., the daughter of Howard Clough and Myrtle (Hurst) Clough. She married Thomas Fogerson on August 16, 1946 in Bement, IL. They shared 63 years of marriage. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church. Doris enjoyed yard work, her flowers, quilting and a great interest in family genealogy.She is survived by her husband Thomas of Decatur, IL.; one son: Thomas Fogerson, Jr. and wife Suzie of Decatur, IL.; granddaughter: Jennifer Voelker and husband Matt and great-grand children Peyton and Rylee; granddaughter: Amanda Daniels and husband Mike and great-grand children Bryson and Caitlyn; one brother: Bernard Clough of Decatur, IL.She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.The family would like to give their special thanks and appreciation to the staff at Fair Havens Christian Home.
