Donna Ward (Kay Lourash), 81, of Forsyth, IL, passed away Friday, May 18, 2018, at her residence. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation Monday, May 21, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be in Point Pleasant Cemetery, Long Creek, IL. Memorials may be made to Hickory Point Fire Protection District.Donna was born September 15, 1936, in Camargo,IL, the daughter of Ivan and Leota (Henry) Shunk. She married Donald L. Lourash and he preceded her in death in April 1989. She later married Charles K. Ward and he preceded her in death in 2010. Donna was an Elementary School Secretary for 24 years at Southeast School. She enjoyed quilting, needlepoint, was an avid Cardinals, Fighting Illini fan, and Euchre card player. Donna was a member of Camargo United Methodist Church.She is survived by her daughter Pamela Lourash of Oreana; son Curtis R. (Becky) Lourash of Forsyth; grandchildren Donald (Heather) Ross of Maroa, Elizabeth (friend Kevin Dukeman) White of Argenta, Brandi (Tony) Hicks of Decatur, Holly (friend Ian Gephart) Lourash of Mt. Zion, Sadie (Jordan) Stevens of Decatur; great grandchildren Isabella, Wade, and Cannon Ross of Maroa, Layla and Garrett White of Argenta, Lillian and Phoebe Hicks of Decatur, Daisy Stevens of Decatur; twin brother Ray (Sherrill) Shunk of Tuscola, brother Dale (Nancy) Shunk of Villa Grove; and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, son Wade Lourash, grandson Christopher Ray Lourash, sister Juanita Craven.
