Donna Mosser

Donna Mosser, 83, of Decatur, IL passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017 at Fair Havens Christian Village. Graveside services will be on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 10:30am at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Springfield, IL.Donna was born on February 16, 1934, the daughter of George and Bernice (Thompson) Smith. She married Harley (Pete) Warren Mosser on October 15, 1975 and he survives. Donna worked as head cashier at Cloyd’s Supermarket and as a seamstress for Brohez Lettering. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, spending time with her grandchildren, and took great pride in her home, being a very meticulous housekeeper.Donna is survived by her husband Harley (Pete), two sons; Lester R. (Dana) Korthals of Deltona, FL and Larry L. (Sheryl) Korthals of Decatur, IL. Also surviving are five grandchildren; Chad (Gina) Korthals of Springfield, IL, Colene (Dustin) Cannarella of Athens, GA, Kyle Korthals of Orlando, FL, Brandon Korthals of Decatur, IL, Lisa (Chris) Repper of Germantown Hills, IL, and 10 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers, and two sisters.Donna was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. "
