Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 21, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home. The family will greet friends at the funeral home prior to the service time. Burial will be in Point Pleasant Cemetery, Long Creek, IL. Memorials may be made to the family.Donnie was born October 1, 1955, in Decatur, the son of Donald Eugene and Charlene Della (Schwartz) Harshbarger. He worked as a greeter at Wal-Mart, and previously worked as an auditor for Mobile Oil Company. He enjoyed bowling.Donnie is survived by his sisters: Kathy (Robert) Sunderland-Gibbens, Sharon Lowe, and Nancy (Bob) Sunderland, all of Decatur; best friend Tom Mallinax; nephews: Gary Lowe, Jr., Shane Sunderland, Matt Sunderland, and Tim Sunderland; nieces: Tina Scheibly, Angela Hall, and Pamela Rigsby; special great-niece Brianne Sunderland.
